These terms govern the use of this website and any accommodation enquiry you make through it.

This website provides information and accepts enquiries. It does not itself form a booking agreement or take payment. A stay is confirmed only when we send a written confirmation stating the property, dates, total price and terms.

Prices.

Prices. Nightly rates are shown per property. Weekly and monthly rates apply automatically from the seventh night. The total price, any cleaning charge and the deposit are confirmed in your written quotation before you commit.

Payment.

Payment. Payment arrangements are agreed directly with your manager once a stay is confirmed. No payment is taken through this website.

Cancellation.

Cancellation. Cancellations and amendments follow the terms stated in your written confirmation. Where no specific term is stated, a stay may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

House rules.

House rules. Properties are non-smoking. Pets, cot equipment and parties above the stated guest maximum require our prior written agreement.

Damage.

Damage. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear. Costs are evidenced and invoiced after the stay.

Liability.

Liability. We are responsible for the proper performance of the accommodation contract. We are not liable for changes to services outside our control, such as transport or public services, except where this limits your statutory rights.

Governing law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Where you are a consumer resident in another EU country, the consumer protection law of your country of residence remains applicable.
